Located in the heart of Bozeman in a quiet, supportive setting with convenient onsite parking, I offer therapeutic bodywork shaped around your individual needs and what your body may be communicating in the moment.

Drawing from nearly 30 years of experience, I weave together therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, fascial work, craniosacral therapy, gentle lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, and somatic bodywork with deep space holding, reflective listening, and gentle guidance.

Together, we work with patterns of pain, tension, and restriction while also creating space to listen beneath the symptoms and deepen your relationship with your inner world.

Some people come simply to relax, receive nurturing touch, and feel deeply supported by someone who is empathically attuned to them. Others find that as the body begins to soften, deeper emotions, life experiences, or recurring patterns naturally rise into awareness.

There is no right way to receive this work. Each session is guided by your intentions, comfort, boundaries, and what feels most supportive to you.
